Privacy Policy

InZanePrints respects your privacy. The Family Command Center is designed so that your planning information remains under your control and, when you connect Google, is stored in a Google Sheet in your own Google account.

Information the app accesses

When you choose to connect your Google account, the app requests the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This allows the app to create, read, and update files that the app itself creates or that you explicitly open/use with the app. It does not give the app blanket access to every file in your Google Drive.

The app may read and write planning information in your Family Command Center spreadsheet, including items such as calendar events, tasks and chores, meal plans, grocery items, budgets, bills, savings goals, subscriptions, maintenance, cleaning, school items, appointments, birthdays/events, inventory, emergency information, contacts, and document references.

How Google user data is used

• To create and maintain your Family Command Center spreadsheet.
• To display your planner information inside the app.
• To add or update entries when you use features such as Smart Quick Add, Meal → Grocery, shopping mode, and other connected planner tools.
• To calculate dashboard summaries from the information in your connected spreadsheet.

InZanePrints does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Where your data is stored

Your connected planner data is stored in the Google Sheet in your Google account. The Family Command Center is a browser-based application and does not operate an InZanePrints database that stores the contents of your Google Sheet.

Some personalisation settings are saved locally in your browser using local storage. These may include sticker positions, Family Profiles, selected theme, routines, pinboard notes, dashboard customisation choices, and the identifier of your Family Command Center spreadsheet. Local browser data remains on that browser/device unless you clear it.

OAuth access tokens

Google sign-in and authorization are handled through Google Identity Services. The app uses the access token in the browser to make authorized Google API requests during your session. The app does not intentionally transmit your OAuth access token to an InZanePrints server for storage.

Third-party services

The app relies on Google Identity Services and Google APIs for Google account connection and spreadsheet functionality. The website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages, which may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver the website under Cloudflare's own privacy practices.

Google API Limited Use

InZanePrints' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing

InZanePrints does not sell or rent your planner information. Google user data accessed by the app is used only to provide the user-facing Family Command Center functionality described above, except where disclosure is required by law.

Data retention and deletion

Because planner content is stored in your Google account, you control its retention. You can delete the Family Command Center spreadsheet from Google Drive at any time. You can also remove local app settings by clearing this site's browser storage. You may revoke the app's Google account access from your Google Account security/permissions settings.

Children's privacy

The product is intended to be purchased and operated by an adult household organizer. It is not designed to collect Google account data directly from children.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app's functionality, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
